As the founder of Define Fit for the past 6 years and a former track and field athlete at UNC Charlotte, I understand the dedication, determination, and consistency required for success. With a B.A. in Mathematics and certification from the American Council on Exercise, I blend analytical skills with athletic insight to develop effective training programs. I specialize in weight management, youth athletic performance, and strength & conditioning, empowering my clients to not just look stronger, but to feel unstoppable. My name is Torri Weathers and I’m a Charlotte, NC native, former Division I track and field student-athlete, and certified 200-hour yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa styles. With a lifelong passion for movement and athletic performance, I blend my sports background with mindful yoga practices to help others build strength, mobility, and balance. Im the is the founder of YogaFitFridays, a community-focused outdoor yoga series in Uptown Charlotte that combines cardio, flow, and connection.
